How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after your order ships.

How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also check your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you contact us within 12 hours of placing it at info@renelyza.com. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to change it.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Our store is focused on customers in the United States. If you're outside the US, contact us before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.

Returns

What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Please contact us first for return instructions. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

I'm a beginner. Where should I start?
The Foldable Pilates Sliding Board and the 13-Piece Yoga & Pilates Kit are both easy to start with and suitable for all fitness levels.

Do I need a lot of space?
No. Most of our equipment is designed for small spaces and can be stored under a bed, in a closet or in a drawer.

Is the equipment safe if I have an injury or health condition?
Our products are designed for general fitness and wellness. If you have an injury, are pregnant, or have a medical condition, please check with your doctor before starting a new routine.
